Deciding to follow a nutritious way of life is not a quick fix it is a lifestyle choice, living a balanced and healthy life means everything in moderation. I don’t believe in a sudden drastic change but in a more permanent sustainable change.
I give educational talks to schools and groups and those who hold an interest in nutrition. I believe education is fundamental to maximising and sustaining wellness within all levels of the community.
All too often we are not educated enough at a young age to know what damage we can cause to our bodies when we do not follow a healthy balanced diet or when we deprive our growing bodies of essential nutrients.
